A Full Circle of Innovation at Hadassah Medical Center

ree

There’s something deeply meaningful about seeing technology come full circle.

Hadassah Medical Center supported the early development and clinical implementation of PathKeeper, helping shape a navigation solution that continues to redefine modern surgical practice. PathKeeper was integrated with Microsoft HoloLens mixed-reality technology, in collaboration with in3D Tech, opening new possibilities for clinical use and patient engagement.

In Spine Surgery, Prof. Josh Schroeder performs complex procedures while viewing PathKeeper navigation dashboards directly through mixed reality within the operating field—enhancing precision, control, and situational awareness.

In the OBGYN Ultrasound Unit, Prof. Simcha Yagel envisioned a different application, enabling expectant mothers to experience immersive 3D visualizations of their babies, creating a powerful and emotionally enriching pregnancy experience.

This milestone reflects Hadassah’s pioneering spirit and PathKeeper’s mission to combine clinical excellence, advanced technology, and imagination—reshaping both surgical workflows and patient experience.
